抗静电三元乙丙橡胶的性能研究

摘要 考察了导电炭黑类型、炭黑用量及加入方式对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)性能的影响。结果表明:选用炉法导电炭黑作为EPDM的导电填料,综合性能最佳;当采用二段密炼法,加入24份(质量份)炉法导电炭黑时,制备的抗静电EPDM电阻率较低,物理机械性能稳定,具备良好的抗静电性能。 The effects of type, dosage, and adding method of conductive carbon black on the properties of EPDM were studied. The results showed that EPDM with furnace conductive carbon black had the best comprehensive performance. When the quality of furnace conductive carbon blackwas 24, the EPDM rubber, prepared by two-stage mixing process, had the advantages of low electric resistance, stable mechanical and antistatic properties.
