纤维膜脱硫化氢工艺在液化气脱硫化氢中的应用

Application of fiber membrane hydrogen sulfide technology for removing liquefied petroleum gas in hydrogen sulfide

分析了纤维膜脱硫化氢工艺的原理及特点,并介绍了该工艺在山东润泽化工有限公司液化气脱硫化氢装置上的工业应用情况。纤维膜脱硫化氢工艺具有操作简单、运行平稳、胺液循环量低、胺液利用率高等特点。运行结果表明:液化气产品中含硫化氢量低于1μg/g,达到设计要求;相比传统脱硫化氢装置,胺液循环量降低60%以上。

The principle and characteristics of fiber membrane hydrogen sulfide technology were analyzed, and its industrial application in liquefied petroleum gas （LPG） disulphide unit of Shandong Runze Chemical Co Ltd was introduced. The fiber membrane hydrogen sulfide technology had the characteristics of simple operation, smooth running, low amine liquid circulation, and high utilization rate ofamine liquid, etc. The industrial operation results showed that the hydrogen sulfide content of gas product was below 1 μg/g, which could meet the design requirements. Compared with that of traditional hydrogen sulfide device, the amine liquid circulation reduced by above 60%.
