柴油加氢装置汽包降压操作的效果分析

摘要 为了解决中国石化洛阳分公司柴油加氢装置柴油质量升级后,精制柴油出装置温度超过工艺卡片上限(55℃)的问题,采用在现有1.0 MPa蒸汽流程后增加1条支路,并入0.3 MPa蒸汽主管线,并将柴油加氢装置汽包操作压力由1.0 MPa降至0.45 MPa的改进措施。结果表明:改进后,精制柴油出装置温度降至53℃,精制柴油出装置空冷器减少了3台,0.3 MPa汽包蒸汽产量为12.6 t/h,节约能耗0.91 kg/t(以标准油计),反应加热炉的操作难度也得到降低。 In order to solve the problem of outlet temperature of refined diesel exceeding the maximum limit process card (55℃) after upgrading the diesel quality of diesel hydrogenation unit of Luoyang Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC, the several measures were taken, including adding a branch line after 1. 0 MPa steam flow, merging into the 0.3 MPa steam main line, and steam drum pressure of diesel hydrogenation unit decreasing from 1.0 MPa to 0. 45 MPa. The results showed that after the revampment, the outlet temperature of refined diesel reduced to 53℃ , air - cooled equipment out of refined diesel reduced by 3 sets, steam output of 0. 3 MPa steam drum was 12.6 t/h, the saved energy consumption was 0. 91 kg/t (calculated as standard oil), and the difficulty of reaction furnace operation had reduced.
