摘要
为了优化利用炼厂氢气资源,降低加工成本,采用膜分离工艺和抽真空变压吸附工艺回收柴油加氢装置低压分离气中的氢气,并对2种工艺进行对比。结果表明:抽真空变压吸附分离工艺与膜分离工艺相比,总建设投资低约9%,合61万元;回收氢气纯度高2.6个百分点,氢气回收率低3.93个百分点,总能耗下降55%。
In order to optimize the utilization of refinery hydrogen resources, reduce the processing cost, the membrane separation technology and vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) process were adopted to recycle hydrogen of low gas in the hydrogenation unit, and the two processes were compared. The results showed that the VPSA process was compared with membrane separation process, the total construction investment decreased by 9% approximately, ¥0. 61 million in total; purity of recovery hydrogen was higher than 2. 6 percentage points, hydrogen recovery rate lower than 3.93 pereentage points, and total energy consumption decreased by 55%.
