摘要 为生产满足国Ⅴ排放标准的汽油产品,山东某石油化工有限公司对40万t/a催化汽油加氢装置进行改造。改造采用法国Axens公司的Prime-G^+催化裂化汽油固定床选择性加氢脱硫处理技术。结果表明:改造后,以催化裂化汽油为原料,经过选择性加氢反应及加氢脱硫处理,可以生产出满足国Ⅴ排放标准要求的汽油产品,其辛烷值损失2.3个单位。 In order to meet the requirement of national automotive diesel standard V, a 0.4 Mt/a catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit of Shandong Petroleum Chemical Industry Co Ltd was revamped by Prime -G^+ catalytic cracking gasoline fixed bed selective hydrodesulfurization technology of French Axens Company. The running results showed that after the revampment, the catalytic cracking gasoline( as feedstock) was processed by selective hydrogenation reaction and hydrodesulfurization, the gasoline product could meet the requirement of national automotive diesel standard V, and loss of octane number was 2.3 units.
