摘要
采用气液混合器钠碱湿法烟气脱硫技术对中国石油独山子石化公司5万t/a硫磺回收装置进行了改造,并对装置运行中的问题进行了分析。结果表明:排放烟气中SO2的质量浓度未超过100 mg/m3,可满足GB 31570—2015的要求;采用高温未净化烟气/净化烟气换热器(气-气换热器)可提升烟气温度,有效减少白烟现象,并解决烟气管道和设备硫露点腐蚀问题,同时节能4 950 MJ/h,注水量和烟气排放量均减少0.64 t/h。
The gas-liquid mixer sodium alkali wet flue gas desulfurization technology was employed in a 50 kt/a sulfur recovery unit of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, PetroChina, and the operation problems were analyzed. The running results showed that the mass concentration of SO2 in flue gas was not more than 100 mg/m^3, which could meet the GB 31570--2015 standard for the discharge of pollutants from petroleum refining industry. After the high- temperature unpurified smoke/purified smoke heat exchanger (gas - gas) was adopted, the flue gas temperature improved, white smoke reduced effectively, corrosion problems of flue gas pipeline and sulfur dew point were solved, energy conversion was 4 950 M J/h, and water injection and flue gas emissions both reduced by 0. 64 t/h.
