聚甲醛生产用甲醇中铁离子含量分析方法的优化

摘要 采用邻菲罗啉分光光度法和硫氰酸盐分光光度法分别测定聚甲醛生产用甲醇中铁离子的含量,对比了2种方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明:采用邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定甲醇中铁离子时,线性回归方程的相关系数不能达到0.999,相对误差均大于6%,相对极差为16.70%;采用硫氰酸盐分光光度法测定甲醇中铁离子时,线性回归方程的相关系数均能达到0.999,相对误差均小于3%,相对极差为6.25%,加标回收率为97.47%~104.70%。 Abstract: The iron ion of methanol was determined by the adjacent phenanthroline spectrophotometric method and thiocyanate spectrophotometric method respectively. The accuracy and precision of two methods were compared. The results showed that when the iron ion was determined by the former method, the correlation coefficient of linear regression equation couldn't reach 0. 999, relative error both exceeded 6% , and relative range was16.70%. While it was determined by the latter method, the linear regression equation of correlation coefficient could reach 0. 999, relative error was less than 3% , relative range was 6.25% , and the recovery of standard addition was 97. 47% - 104.70%.
