镁锌及其合金抗肿瘤作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 镁锌合金凭借其出色的生物相容性、良好的生物力学及生物降解性能在生物材料领域应用广泛,其抗肿瘤作用近几年来越来越受到关注。骨肉瘤是最常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,随着骨肉瘤诊疗水平的提高,患者的5年生存率得到了极大的提高,接近60%~70%;但是骨肉瘤术后局部复发及转移仍然是威胁患者生存质量和临床功能的主要危险因素。本文回顾既往镁、锌及镁锌合金抗肿瘤的相关研究,总结分析镁、锌及其合金的抗肿瘤机制,并阐述镁锌合金在骨肿瘤,尤其是在骨肉瘤中的研究价值。 With its excellent biocompatibility, good biomechanics and biodegradability, magnesium zinc alloy has been widely used in hiomaterials, and its antineoplastic effect has attracted more and more attention recently. Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant bone tumor. With the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment, the rate of 5-year survival has been greatly improved, which is nearly 60% - 70%. However, local recurrence and metastasis after operation are still main risk factors on the survival quality and clinical function of patients. This paper reviews previous researches concerned the antineoplastic effect about magnesium, zinc and its alloys, and summarized the anti- tumor mechanism of magnesium, zinc and its alloys, and its research value in the field of osteosarcoma.
