目的:总结支楠老师在肾病综合征的病因病机、辨证论治及用药经验。方法:分析总结支楠老师对肾病综合征的病因病机、辨证论治、常用方剂及用药经验。结果:支楠老师认为本病的的主要病机为肺脾肾三脏功能失调,而致水湿内停,气血瘀阻。结论:治疗以宣肺利水、健脾化湿、温肾气化、利湿消肿、清热解毒、行气化瘀为主要治法,其效果显著,值得总结与推广。

Objective： To summarize the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of nephrotic syn- drome. Methods： To analyze and summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of nephritic syndrome, syndrome differentiation and treatment, common prescriptions and experience of drug use. Results ： The main pathogenesis of this disease was that the three or- gans of the lung, spleen and kidney were dysfunctional, and the water was stopped and blood stasis was caused by the water. Conclusion： In the treatment of lung water, spleen dampness, dampness, warming kidney gasification, detoxification, promoting the circulation of Qi and removing blood stasis, as the main treatment, and its effect is significant, it is worth summarizing and promoting.
