腹部穴位按摩结合耳穴埋豆对糖尿病阴虚火旺便秘的影响

Effect of Abdominal Acupoint Massage Combined with Auricle Buried Beans on Constipation for Fire-excess from Yin-deficiency type Diabetes

目的:观察腹部穴位按摩结合耳穴埋豆对糖尿病阴虚火旺便秘的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年5月在我院内分泌科住院的糖尿病阴虚火旺便秘患者84例,随机分为常规组、干预组,各42例。常规组予降脂通便胶囊后行常规护理,包括心理护理、饮食排便指导、运动护理,干预组在常规护理基础上予腹部穴位按摩和耳穴埋豆。结果:(1)干预组的临床有效率为90.5%,优于常规组(64.3%),差异具统计学意义(P=0.032)。(2)常规组发生药物不良反应3例,耳穴贴压结合腹部穴位按摩组无不良反应。(3)在满意度方面,大部分患者均选择了"很满意",少数患者选择"一般":干预组1例,常规组2例。结论:腹部穴位按摩联合耳穴埋豆能有效改善糖尿病阴虚火旺便秘。

Objective： To investigate the effect of abdominal acupoint massage combined with auricle buried beans on the constipation for diabetes with Fire-excess from Yin-defieiency. Methods ： 84cases of diabetic patients with Yin-deficiency and con- stipation were selected from January 2016to May 2017in the department of endocrinology of our hospital, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The routine group was given the routine care of the capsule, including psychological nursing, diet and bowel guidance, exercise care, and the intervention group was given to the abdominal aeupoint massage and the ear cavi- ty buried beans on the basis of routine care. Results ： （ 1 ） The clinical efficiency of the intervention group was 90. 5% , better than the conventional group（ 64. 3% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （P= 0. 032 ）. （2） There were 3eases of adverse drug reaction in the routine group, and no adverse reactions were found in the auricular acupuncture and acupoint massage group. （3） Most patients were very satisfied with the efficacy, with l patient in the intervention group and 2in the routine group thinking of the results as so-so. Conclusion ： The combination of abdominal acupoint massage combined with auricle can effective- ly improve the constipation of diabetes.
