针灸治疗非淋菌性尿道炎405例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 405 Cases of Mon-Gonococcal Urethritis with the Treatment of Acupuncture

非淋菌性尿道炎是一种最常见的性传播疾病之一。主要临床表现为尿急尿频尿痛和排泄少量的脓性分泌物。它可在世界范围内广为流行,对人类危害很大。笔者于1988年6月至1990年4月在驻马达加斯加医疗队期间,用针灸治疗观察不同国籍的非淋菌性尿道炎患者,现将资料较为完整的405例观察结果报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料本组共405例,均为男性。

The article presents the outcome of clinical observation on the treatment of acupuncture for 405 cases suffering from non-gonococcal urethritis. In the treatment, Zhaohai (K 6), Zhongji (CV 3), Taichong(Liv 3), and Sanyinjiao(Sp 6) are presc- ribed and different reinforcing and reducing techni- ques are performed. After 3 courses of treatment, the result is summed up. 261 cases are cured (64%), 50 cases markedly effective (12.4%), 37 cases improved (9.1%), and 57 eases fail (14.1%). The total effective rate is 85.9 percent, covering 348 cases. This result has indicated that acupuncture therapy has certain effect in treating non-gonococcal urethritis.
