国际社群档案包容性实践模式研究与启示

本文通过对国际社群档案的内涵和实践模式进行梳理和总结，发现社群档案在建档规则、记录方式、建设主体、档案工作人员角色以及社群档案机构与主流档案机构的关系等五个方面均体现出了包容性特征，并且在实践中呈现出社群参与模式、多元群体模式、角色转换模式和曼德拉模式等四种包容性实践模式。在此基础上，本文通过对在线社群档案馆WISEArchive的分析进一步解释了社群档案包容性实践模式的具体表现，以期为我国社群档案的建设与发展提供借鉴与参考。

This paper analyzes and summarizes the connotation and practice model of community archives, founding that the inclusiveness of community archives is shown in 5 aspects --file rules, record methods, construction main staff, roles of professional archivists and the relationship between community archives institutions and mainstream archives organizations, and these characters are presented as four kinds of Inclusive practice models--communities participation model, multiple communities model, role conversion model and mandela model in practice. Then this paper explains the concrete manifestation of social archives＇ inclusive practice models through the analysis of online community archives WISEArchive, and hope to provide reference for the construction and development of community archives in China.
