全媒体多维语境下档案信息传播策略研究

全媒体作为一种新兴的信息传播业态，以各种媒介的多渠道传播形式融合为特征，将为档案信息传播带来新的发展机遇。在阐述全媒体多维语境中档案信息传播特点的基础上，分析全媒体时代背景下档案部门在档案信息传播理念转变、资源整合、质量把关和人才引进方面可能存在的问题，建议档案部门树立媒体运营思维，加强档案信息资源整合，建立信息筛选机制、优化人才队伍建设及引进先进传播技术，以期取得良好的档案信息传播效果。

As a newform of information communication, omnimedia has characterized the integration of varied forms of media and will bring new opportunities for the development of archival information dissem- ination. Based on the characteristics of archival information dissemination in multidimensional context, this paper analyzes the possible problems existing in the change in the concept of archival information dissemi- nation, resource integration, quality control and personnel introduction during thearchives. It is suggested that the archives should set up the thinking of media operation, strengthen the integration of archival infor- mation resources, establish information screening mechanism, optimize the construction of qualified personnel and introduce advanced communication technologies, expecting to make good effect on archival information dissemination.
