摘要
我国高校档案专业创建伊始就高度重视专业实践教学工作,但往往只从实践教学内容和教学方法层面思考提高实践教学水平的路径,缺乏对实践教学实施主体的足够关注。美国高校图情专业长期以来坚持聘用兼职教师的成功实践。为提高我国档案专业实践教学提供可资借鉴的启示。
We have paid more attention to the practical teaching in the archival science professional since it was funded in China. However, most research focused on the contents and methods of practical teaching, and were absent in considering the roles of the subject of the practical teaching, namely the teachers. Employing adjunct faculties, which was broadly used by the SLIS in Amerieahas proved that ad- junct faculty enriched the practical elements in teaching.The article analyses the experiences of the SLIS in Americain employing adjunct faculties, and bring forth that we can strengthen the teaching group by em- ploying some adjunct faculties to improve the practical teaching level.
