回医理筋疗法治疗疼痛性肩关节挛缩症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Lijin Treatment of Hui Nationality Medicine on Painful Shoulder Joint Contracture

目的观察回医理筋疗法治疗疼痛性肩关节挛缩症与推拿手法治疗疼痛性肩关节挛缩症的临床疗效。方法疼痛性肩关节挛缩症患者80例随机分为两组,治疗组采用回医理筋法治疗,对照组采用推拿手法治疗。结果治疗组总有效率100.00%,高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗4周后VAS评分与肩关节功能活动评分均得到明显改善(P<0.05),治疗完成后各项评分亦明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组各项评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论回医理筋疗法治疗疼痛性肩关节挛缩症能较好的解除疼痛和改善肩关节活动功能。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Lijin treatment of Hui nationality medicine and massage on painful shoulder joint contracture,and to explore a simple and effective method for the treatment of painful shoulder joint contracture. Methods： 80 cases of painful shoulder joint contracture were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with Lijin treatment of Hui nationality medicine,and the control group was treated with massage. Results： In the treatment group,the total effective rate was100.00%;in the control group,the total effective rate was 82.50%;the difference between the two groups was very significant（P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference between the two groups in shoulder pain visual score and shoulder function activity score before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. In the 4 th week of the treatment and after treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups in shoulder pain visual score and shoulder function activity score（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Lijin treatment of Hui nationality medicine can relieve pain and improve the function of shoulder joint in the treatment of painful shoulder joint contracture.
