摘要
在上海、浙江两地启动的高考综合改革试点中,考生依据"高校要求和自身特长"的选考政策出现了执行偏差。致使选考科目考生群体结构发生了变化,影响了选考科目的科学计分。典型大规模多学科选考的计分经验表明:标准参照的分数解释并进行选考科目的"连接"设计能够有效避免上述政策风险。建议在试点起步阶段使用"量表化"方法改进计分机制,以强化选考科目分数可比的功能设计。同时,应对改进建议的相关风险展开进一步研究:一是,应结合我国新高考实际,开展量表化方法的具体研究;二是,应对标准参照分数解释下的选考科目测验所需的条件准备进行研究。
Shanghai and Zhejiang started the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination. There is a policy implementation deviation of elective subjects based on the "college requirements and their own specialty",which resulting in candidate group structure has changed affecting the scoring scientifically. The typical scoring experience of large-scale multidisciplinary test selection shows that the "Linking"design of the standard reference scores can effectively avoid the above policy risks. Recommended in the pilot phase,to use the "scaling"method to improve the scoring mechanism to strengthen the function of comparable subjects. Further research should be carried out on the related risks of the suggestions for improvement simultaneously: Firstly,we should combine the reality of our new college entrance examination to carry out a specific study based on the scaling. Secondly,the requirements for the test of the elective subjects under the criterion-referenced score explanation should be researched.
