普通高中培养目标的实践偏离与现实校正 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过对我国基础教育培养目标的历史回顾,梳理了普通高中培养目标制定的历史缺憾和一以贯之的基本要求;以学校实际教育教学为切入,揭示了现实普通高中培养目标实践偏离的具体表现。本文提出边缘化的教育政策导向致使普通高中的培养目标在设定上不甚明晰,重点学校的发展战略导向致使普通高中的培养目标在实施上偏离方向,注重选拔的学生评价导向致使普通高中的培养目标在达成上陷于片面。本文从校正与完善的视角出发,对普通高中培养目标进行了多向性思考和现实性构想,提出了普通高中培养目标的修订表述。 The paper reviews the historical development of China 's basic education,Combing the problems and basic requirements of senior high educational objectives. Approaches from actual education and teaching in senior high,reveals the concrete forms of practice deviation of educational objectives in senior high and try to explore the reasons of the ambiguity of educational objectives setting which is led by marginalized educational policy,and deviation of educational objectives implementation which is led by key school development strategy,and one-side of senior high educational objectives achievement which is led by student evaluation with emphasis on selection.Meanwhile,the paper provides ideas about revision of senior high educational objectives by multi-directional thinking and realistic formulation which is based on the perspective of correction and perfection.
