摘要
2017年,中国LNG汽车保有量为31.07万辆,比上年增长40%;LNG加气站单站平均利润增长明显;LNG在交通领域的消费总量为545万吨,比上年增长28%。但是,由于供暖季LNG市场供应严重短缺,车用LNG价格增长明显,出现运营车辆被迫停运的现象。影响LNG在交通领域应用的因素有产业政策、环保压力、与替代能源的经济性优势、LNG的供给和价格稳定性、加注站等基础设施、技术的创新发展等。LNG车(船)的使用符合现阶段国家的用能方向,是发展低碳、绿色运输的现实选择。2020年,全球海运将实行更严格的排放标准,给LNG船舶的推广使用带来机遇。建议从完善配套政策、保持合理的油气价差、加大LNG船舶的推广使用等方面推动LNG在中国交通领域的发展。
In 2017, the number of LNG vehicles in China was 31.07 thousand, up to 40 percent from the same period last year. The average profit growth of LNG filling station increased obviously. The total consumption of LNG in the transportation sector was 5.45 million tons, up to 28 percent from the same period last year. However, due to the severe shortage of LNG market supply in the heating season in 2017, the price of LNG in the transportation sector increased obviously and the operating vehicles were forced to stop. The factors influencing the LNG applications in the field of transportation include industrial policy, environmental pressure, and economy advantage as the alternative energy, LNG supply stability and price stability, filling stations and other infrastructure, and technology innovation and development, etc. The use of LNG vehicles (ships) is in line with the current national energy utilizing direction and is a realistic choice for developing low-carbon and green transportation. By 2020, more stringent emission standards will be implemented in the global sea transportation, which will bring opportunities to the promotion and use of LNG ships. It is suggested promoting the development of LNG in the field of transportation from the aspects of perfecting supporting policies, maintaining reasonable oil and gas price differentials and enlarging the use of LNG ships.
