浅谈影响地铁机电项目成本控制的设计管理思路

Brief Discussion on Design and Management of Cost Control in Subway Electromechanical Project

本文结合地铁机电项目,分析了成本控制的难点和主要影响因素,指出了当前建筑企业设计管理工作存在的不足,提出了将设计管理纳入成本目标管理体系的理念,以及基于有效实现成本控制目标的设计管理重点工作思路。

Subway electromechanical project is combined to analyze the difficuhies of the cost control and main influence factors in the paper. Defects in current construction enterprise design management work are proposed. It is proposed that design management is included into the concept of cost objective management system, and design management key work concept based on effective realization of cost control objectives is also proposed.
