轻化工程专业国际化人才培养模式的探索与实践

A Cultivation Model for International Talents of Light Industry

培养具有专业背景知识的国际化人才是应对当前经济全球化的有效途径之一。本文以轻化工程专业(制浆造纸方向)国际化人才培养模式为例,通过确立人才培养理念、建设师资队伍、实现核心课程双语化、开展国际合作研究等方式进行国际化人才培养模式的探索。借助轻化工程专业的行业优势和国际影响力,进一步拓宽学生的国际化视野和提高专业英语应用水平。实践表明,引进并建立国际化人才培养理念和模式能有效激发学生学习兴趣和创新意识,强化专业英语的应用能力。

The cultivation of international talents with the necessary academic background is an effective approach to face economic globalization. In this paper, a cultivation model for international talents of light industry（pulping and papermaking） is taken as an example to discuss talents cultivation ideas, faculty team construction, bilingual education,and international cooperation. With the help of industrial advantages and international influence, the students ＇international vision and English application abilities should be enhanced. Practice shows this kind of cultivation idea and model can not only inspire the students＇ learning interest but also improve their English capacities.
