摘要
我们应用激光针治疗脑外伤后头痛取得了较满意的效果,并对治疗前后甲皱血管血流速度的变化作初步观察,现报道如下。一般资料经临床和头颅CT确诊为脑外伤并已脱离危险期的头痛病人45例,男35例,女10例,年龄16～58岁,平均年龄为35岁。外伤前均体健,外伤后12～15天开始接受治疗。在检查治疗前二天停止输液及服用对血循环有影响的药物。
45 cases with headache in brain injury were treated by He-Ne laser irradiation and observated on nailfoid microcirculation. The optical fiber was pointed directly to the respective acupoint. The sele- ctive acupoints were: Baihui(GV 20), Fengfu(GV 16), Fengchi(G 20), Taiyang (Expoint) and Hegu (LI 4), each one received 4 minutes, totally 20 minutes for once. Treatment is continued for 10 days. The immediate analgesic effect of laser reached 82.2%. The velosity in blood flow of 84.4% pati- ents increased (p<0.01). The effect of laser therapy was superior to that of palliative treatment.
