摘要
为科学衡量和评价我国不同区域建筑业可持续发展水平,考虑经济"新常态"下建筑行业新变化和新特征,从发展水平、发展效率、发展潜力三个维度构建新区域建筑业可持续发展综合评价指标体系。然后,结合TOPSIS法和灰色关联分析法,提出了一种新的可用MATLAB编程实现的区域建筑业可持续发展综合评价模型。最后,利用该模型对湖北等8省市建筑业可持续发展水平进行横向分析比较,对湖北省近几年建筑业可持续发展水平进行纵向分析比较,模型结果与客观实际基本相符,显示模型具有良好的适用性。
To measure and evaluate the sustainable development level of construction industry in different regions in China, considering the new characteristics of the construction industry under the new normal economy, a new evaluation index system of sustainable development of regional construction industry is established from the three dimensions of development level, development efficiency and development potential. Then, combining TOPSIS and grey relational analysis method, a new evaluation model for sustainable development of regional construction industry is developed, which can be realized by MATLAB programming. Finally,using the developed model to make a horizontal comparison of sustainable development level of construction industry in Hubei and other 7 provinces or cities, a longitudinal comparison is made on the sustainable development level of construction industry in Hubei Province in recent years. The analysis results are basically in line with the objective reality, indicating that the model has good applicability.
