摘要
简要介绍了永磁电机常用的交流绕组组成。对比分析了采用不同节距对电机性能的影响,通过采用绕组系数计算及有限元参数分析说明选用双层距式分数槽结构的优势;并通过方案对比,验证了直驱永磁电机采用分数槽优于整数槽方案。
This paper briefly introduces the composition of AC windings commonly used in permanent-magnet motors. The influence of different pitches on motor perfomlance is compared and analyzed, and the advantages of using double-layer fractional slot structure are illustrated based on windings coefficient calculation and finite-element parameter analysis. Through the comparison of schemes, it is verified that the direct-driven permanent-magnet motor with frac- tional slot is superior than that with integer slot.
