摘要
提出了一种针对高速外转子无齿槽永磁无刷直流电机的设计方法,以用于目前新型的、具有低噪声、低损耗、高集成度等特点的转杯驱动系统,并给出了设计方案,然后利用软件Ansys Maxwell2D对提出的设计方案进行建模,在此模型基础上对电机静态、瞬态、空载、额定负载等工况进行了仿真,对所得到的电机性能参数进行分析和研究,验证设计方案的正确性和可行性。
This paper presents a design method tor a high-speed slotless permanent-mag- net brushless DC motor with outer rotor, which is used tor a new type of rotor driving system with characteristics of low noise, low loss and high integration. The design scheme is given, and then the proposed scheme is modeled by software of Ansys Maxwell2D. On the basis of this model, the static, transient, no-load and rated-load working conditions of the motor are simulated, and the obtained pertormance parameters of the motor are analyzed and studied. It has ver- ified that the design scheme is conect and teasible.
