滚筒洗衣机烘干流道改进及离心风机降噪研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究滚筒洗衣机的烘干流道与其离心风机的气动性能和气动噪声的匹配关系,优化烘干流道、提升离心风机气动性能、降低气动噪声,文章利用数值模拟的方法对离心风机的流场特性进行仿真,对其气动噪声进行模拟,获得了原模型离心风机的流场特性和气动噪声特性,并通过实验验证了数值模拟的正确性;根据计算结果,设计了改进模型提升离心风机的气动性能,降低其气动噪声,并进行实验测试了原模型与改进模型离心风机的性能。结果表明:改进后的烘干流道降低了对气流的阻力,改善了其与离心风机的匹配关系,使风机全压提升45.61Pa,提升幅度达23.05%,效率提升20.11%,洗衣机整机噪声下降2.54dB(A)。优化后的流道和离心风机的气动性能与噪声特性具有良好的匹配关系。 In order to study the match between the drying channel of rolling washing machine and the aerodynamic performance and aerodynamic noise generated by centrifugal fan,improve the drying channel to increase the aerodynamic performance of centrifugal fan and decrease its aerodynamic noise levels,numerical method is used in the simulation of the flow field and the aerodynamic noise generated by centrifugal fan.Flow field characteristics and aerodynamic noise of original washing machine are acquired,and the correctness of the numerical method is confirmed by experimental results.According to the results obtained by the numerical method,new model is designed to improve aerodynamic performance and decrease aerodynamic noise levels of centrifugal fan,and the experiments are done to test the performance of the two centrifugal fans.Results show that compared with the original model,flow resistance is reduced due to the modified drying channel and the matching relation between the channel and the fan is also improved.In addition,the total pressure of the fan increases by45.61 Pa,which is improved by 23.05%,the efficiency increases by 20.11%,and the noise levels of the total machine decrease by 2.54 dB(A).It is proven that the improved drying channel can better match with the aerodynamic performance and noise characteristics of the centrifugal fan.
