摘要
文章根据碗扣式满堂支架的受力性能确定了计算单元,提出了基于水平杆不连续性的简化模型,即有多个弹簧支座的多节间连续压杆模型,考虑了剪刀撑、扫地杆高度和顶托高度、架体高度及杆件的初始缺陷等因素对稳定承载力的影响,并对理论临界荷载做了合理修正;从结构和材料特性2个方面推导了压杆的弹簧刚度计算公式,偏于安全取两者的较小值;借助支架承载力试验值与该模型计算结果对比来证明此简化模型的正确性,并根据修正公式快速地计算支架的稳定荷载,为碗扣式满堂支架的整体稳定性分析提供了一种方法。
According to the mechanical properties of the bowl-button full supports,the simplified calculation model which considers the discontinuity of horizontal poles is proposed,namely the theoretical model of continuous press pole with some spring bearings.Considering the effect of the factors,which include bridging,bottom reinforcing tube height,jacking height,height of support as well as initial imperfection,on the stability bearing capacity,the theoretical critical load is reasonably modified.The formula of calculating the spring stiffness is derived from two aspects of the structural and material properties,and the spring stiffness value takes a smaller one safely.The modal results are compared with the test results to validate the correctness of the proposed model,and the stability bearing capacity can be calculated quickly based on the formula of the model,which can provide a useful method for the global stability analysis of the bowl-button full supports.
