摘要
对超级电容器进行充放电,发现电容衰减趋势与普通幂函数曲线一致。基于超级电容器电容衰减轨迹,可较好地拟合幂函数模型参数,并外推基本符合威布尔分布的失效寿命。寿命模型验证结果表明:超级电容器前16 000次、24 000次、32 000次、40 000次和48 000次循环外推平均寿命与实际平均寿命的误差分别为13.2%、15.6%、10.2%、8.0%和4.0%,基本遵循循环次数的增加,相对误差减少的趋势。选择合适的循环次数可较好地预测超级电容器的循环寿命。
The trend of capacitance attenuation was consistent with the ordinary power function curve by charging-discharging supercapacitor. Based on the capacitance attenuation trajectory, the parameters of power function model could be fitted well, the failure life basically fitting Weibull distribution could be introduced. The error of the first 16 000 cycles, 24 000 cycles, 32 000 cycles,40 000 cycles and 48 000 cycles of supercapacitor between extrapolated average life and actual average life was 13.2%, 15.6%, 10. 2% ,8.0% and 4. 0% ,respectively. It followed the trend basically that the relative error decreased with the increasing of cycle number. The cycle life of supercapacitor could be predicted well by choosing the appropriate cycle number.
