基于SPWM自适应变频点测量铅酸电池的阻抗

摘要 针对充电机或负载设备对测量电路的干扰问题,提出一种基于正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)的变频点微电流电池阻抗无损测量方法。先给出铅酸电池的阻抗模型;再根据干扰的特征,提出抑制方法;最后通过自适应变频点算法,测得铅酸电池的内阻。基于SPWM变频点的铅酸电池阻抗测量方法,重复测量的精度达到20μΩ,提高了测量精度与测量重复性。 To solve the charger or load interference problem on measuring circuit, the non-destructive method of impedance based on sine wave pulse width modulation(SPWM) was proposed. Firstly ,the impedance model of lead-acid battery was introduced, then the interference rejection methods were proposed by the characteristics of interference. Finally ,the measurement result of the internal resistance of lead-acid battery was achieved by the adaptive frequency conversion algorithm. The precision and repeatability of impedance measurement were improved, the precision was up to 20 μΩ.
