Correlation of battery performance parameters and thermal characteristics

摘要 对室温下不同样本数量FFH3H0-32AH软包装锂离子电池的容量、直流内阻和开路电压进行批量测试。采用批量统计试验法研究样本数量对3种参数一致性的影响规律,并分析三者的相关性。采用加速量热仪(ARC)对电池进行测试,通过单因子控制变量法,考察3种参数对发热特性的影响。该批电池3种参数的标准误差在5%以内,随着样本数量的增加,离散趋势愈加明显;三者存在一定的相关性;3种参数对电池热效应影响程度的不同,其中直流内阻的影响最显著。该批电池在600~800只成组时,可获得较好的一致性。 The battery capacity, direct current (DC) internal resistance and open circuit voltage (OCV) of FFH3H0-32AH soft pack Li-ion battery at room temperature were tested in batches with different samples. The influence of the number of samples on the the three kinds of parameters was studied and the correlation was analyzed by statistical test in batches. The battery was tested by the accelerating rate calorimeter( ARC ). The effects of three kinds of parameters on the heating characteristics were investigated by single factor control variable method. The standard error of the three kinds of performance parameters was within 5% , the discrete trend was more obvious with the sample increasing. There was a certain correlation between three kinds of parameters, which had different degrees of influence on the battery thermal effect and the effect of DC internal resistance was significant. This batch of batteries could achieve better consistency when they were in groups of 600 -800.
