鼠神经生长因子对急性脑梗死患者MCAF、HCY及S100B蛋白水平的影响 被引量:7

Impacts of mouse nerve growth factor on levels of monocyte chemotactic and activating factor,homocysteine and S-100B in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子(NGF)对急性脑梗死患者单核细胞趋化和激活因子(MCAF)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及S100B蛋白水平的影响。方法:90例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和NGF治疗组,每组45例。2组患者均给予常规药物治疗,NGF治疗组加用鼠NGF治疗。2组均治疗21 d。比较2组梗死灶体积、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及血清MCP-1、HCY和S100B蛋白水平。结果:(1)治疗后2组梗死灶体积较治疗前缩小,NIHSS评分较治疗前降低(均P<0.05),且NGF治疗组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清MCAF、HCY和S100B蛋白水平较治疗前均下降(均P<0.05),且NGF治疗组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼠NGF治疗可使脑梗死患者血清MCAF、HCY和S100B蛋白水平明显下调。 Objective: To investigate the impacts of mouse nerve growth factor( m NGF) on levels of monocyte chemotactic and activating factor( MCAF),homocysteine( HCY) and S100 B protein( S-100 B) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method : Ninety patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and NGF treatment group,45 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were treated with conventional drugs,and those in NGF treatment group were intramuscularly injected with m NGF additionally,30 μg every time,once a day. The patients in two groups were treated for 21 days. The infarct volumes and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale( NIHSS) scores were compared before and after treatment in two groups. The serum levels of MCP-1,HCY and S-100 B were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment in two groups. Results:(1)As compared with those before treatment,the infarct volumes and NIHSS scores decreased( P〈0. 05) after treatment at 21 st day in two groups,but the reduced value in NGF treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group( P〈0. 05).(2)As Compared with those before treatment,the serum levels of MCAF,HCY and S-100 B decreased after treatment at 21 st day in two groups( P〈0. 05),but the falling values in NGF treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The curative effects of m NGF on cerebral infarction are satisfactory,and m NGF can significantly lower the levels of MCAF,HCY and S-100 B.
