Research progress on the chemical total synthesis of salidroside

红景天苷是天然植物红景天的主要活性成分,它具有抗缺氧、抗炎、保肝和对神经与内分泌有调节作用等药理活性,长期以来,人们对化学全合成红景天苷作了研究,本文对它的全合成方法进行了综述。

Salidroside is a main bioactive component isolated from Rhodiola rosea L., a traditional Chinese medicinal plant, and has a broad spectrum of pharmacological properties such as resisting anoxia, anti-inflammation, hepatoprotection and regulating functions of nerve and endocrine. The total synthesis of salidroside has been studied for a long time, and the methods of its total synthesis are reviewed in this paper.
