摘要
东风大道快速化改造二期工程高架桥箱梁典型断面梁体宽度达33m,墩身为双柱式门式墩,墩身宽度仅为11m,常规移动模架很难用于此类箱梁施工。为解决常规移动模架难以适应超宽梁面及过孔效率低等问题,结合本项目工程特点,创造性提出了一种新型移动模架设计方案暨地行式移动模架。地行式移动模架过孔采用边区与中区分开单独走行方式,电机驱动轮对在地面轨道上走行。着重介绍了地行式移动模架的结构设计与结构计算,阐述了设计要点及技术特点。应用结果表明,地行式移动模架结构受力明确,操作简便,过孔效率高,实用性强。
The typical section width of the viaduct box girder in the Phase II of the Dongfeng Avenue High-speed Renovation Project is 33m, the pier body is double-column portal pier, and the width of the pier body is only llm. Therefore, the normal moveable scaffolding system cannot adapt to this kind of box girder construction. To solve the problems that the normal moveable scaffolding system cannot adapt to the super-wide girder and inefficient via-holes, combining with the features of this project, a new kind of moveable scaffolding system called ground moveable scaffolding system is proposed. The via-holes of the side zone and central zone are separately made for the ground moveable scaffolding system; the electric motor moves the wheels on the ground rails. This paper focuses on the structure design and calculation of the ground moveable scaffolding system, summarizes key points of the design and technical characteristics. The application outcome shows that the ground moveable scaffolding system has clear force bearing, convenient operation, high via-hole efficiency, and practicability.
