摘要
为了提高沥青路面热再生RAP料的掺配率,促进废旧沥青混合料的再利用,分析了RAP料掺配率较低的原因,提出了双层滚筒烘料、混合料外掺式改性和变细调整级配3种技术措施,选取了AC-10、AC-13和AC-16等3种级配类型及对应的RAP料掺配率100%、75%和55%,试验研究了再生混合料经过外掺式改性前后的高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温抗裂性。结果表明:RAP料的掺配率随着变细调整级配而得到大幅度提高;再生混合料经添加热再生改性剂后,其高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温性能均得到显著提高且满足技术规范的相关要求;后续研究及工程应用表明,采用双层滚筒烘料设备,对提高RAP料掺配率极为有效。
To improve the ratio of RAP materials used in asphaltpavementand promote the recycling of scrap asphalt mixture, the reasons of the low ratio of RAP materials are analyzed and three technical methods which are double-layer drum drying materials, external-modified mixtures and madegradation finer are put forward, then select three gradation type AC-10, AC-13, AC-16 and the corresponding ratio of RAP material 100%, 75%, 55%, the road performances such as high temperature stability performance, water stability performance and low temperature cracking resistance of the recycled materials are studied by some tests before and afterapplying external-modified technology. The results show that. the ratio of RAP materials is improved significantly by the method of making gradation finer; the road performances such as high temperature, water stability and low temperature of the recycled materials with the high ratio of RAP materials are improvedsignificantly after modifying hot recycled modifiers, and these road performances could meet relevant requirements of the technical specifications; andsubsequent researches and engineering applications show that the effective to improve the ratio of RAP material. double-layer drum drying equipment is extremely
