摘要
突破传统的圆形壳、倒锥壳水箱形式,工程采用九宫格箱形水箱,该结构受力合理,便于使用,易于施工,抗腐蚀性能好,外形美观独特,是大型高位水塔的一种创新。支筒抗震采用PKPM及YJK对满水、半箱水和无水三种工况、正向及对角线两个方向分别进行计算,并对支筒底部进行了中震不屈服核算和加强,以确保水塔安全。方形桩筏基础在地震作用工况下,对角线方向比正向更为不利,需引起设计者重视。
This project adopts a nine-lattice shaped water tank, which makes a breakthrough for the traditional cylinder and obconical water tanks. It has the following characteristics, such as: the reasonable load-carrying capability, convenient for use, easy to construct, good erosion-resisting function and beautiful artistic appearance. It's an innovation for large high water tower. PKPM and YJK were used for sesimie performanee of concrete supporting cylinder by working conditions of full water, half water and empty in two directions of positive and diagonal directions. In order to guarantee the safety of tower, the unyielding checking and strengthening under middle earthquake were conducted for the bottom of the concrete supporting cylinder. Under the condition of earthquake, the square pile-raft foundation is more dangerous in the diagonal direction than in the positive direction. Designers must pay more attention to it.
