摘要
在收集、整理相关研究资料的基础上,选取了美国APENS作为研究对象,着重分析了其制定背景、责任与实施主体、标准内容以及制定的过程与方法,在此基础上提出了我国制定特殊体育教师专业标准时应注意的问题。结果表明:美国APENS是在基于美国适应体育教育现实需要的背景下制定的;实施主体为行业专业协会;内容包括人类发展、动作行为、运动科学、测量与评估、教学等15条具体标准。为此,我国在制定标准时应注意借鉴国际经验;明确标准制定的责任主体和实施主体;重视发挥一线教师的主动性、积极性;突出实践性;关注教师职业发展的阶段性、发展性、终身性;适用主体要体现广泛性以及构建学术共同体和行业协会。
Based on relevant research data by collection, collation, we select the United States APENS as the object of study, and focus on the analysis of the development of its background, the main body of responsibility and the implementation, content standards and the process and method of formulation, and propose a lot advice of developing special education teacher professional standards for our country. The results show that: under the background of practical needs of adapted physical education in USA; the subject of implementation is professional associations, the American APENS includes human development, motor behavior, sports science, measurement and evaluation, teaching, etc 15 specific criteria. Therefore, our country should pay attention to learn from the experience of in and out, to set clear the main responsibility and the implementation main body of standards, to pay attention to play teachers' initiative, enthusiasm, to give prominence to the practice, the teacher career development stage, development, lifelong, subject to reflect a wide range and the construction of the academic community and industry associations.
