摘要
目的探讨血清Nesfatin-1水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并高甘油三酯血症(HTG)的相关性。方法根据是否合并HTG将80例T2DM患者分为T2DM—HTG组(40例)和T2DM-血脂正常(NBL)组(40例),收集同期健康体检者40例作为对照组,对所有受试者行血糖、血脂等相关实验室指标检测,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定其空腹血清Nesfatin-1水平并进行比较分析。结果T2DM组患者Nesfatin-1水平明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),且T2DM-HTG组明显低于T2DM—NBL组(P〈0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,T2DM组患者血清Nesfatin-1与空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA—IR)、TG、BMI呈负相关,与胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-IS)呈正相关(P〈0.05)。T2DM-NBL组血清Nesfatin-1与FPG、HOMA—IR呈负相关,与总胆固醇(TC)呈正相关(P〈0.05);T2DM—HTG组血清Nesfatin-1与TG、BMI呈负相关(P〈0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,TG(B=-61.08,P〈0.01)和BMI(B=-22.78,P=0.01)是血清Nesfatin-1水平的独立影响因素。结论T2DM合并HTG患者血清Nesfatin-1水平明显降低,血清Nesfatin-1水平与血糖、血脂关系密切。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum Nesfatin-1 level and T2DM with hypertriglyceridemia (HTG). Methods Eighty patients with T2DM were divided into T2DM-HTG group(40 cases) and T2DM-normal blood lipid(NBL) group(40 cases) according to the combination of HTG, and 40 cases healthy physical examination were collected as normal control. Blood glucose, blood lipids and other related laboratory indexes of all subjects were tested. Serum Nesfatin-1 levels were measured by ELISA and analyzed. Results The level of Nesfatin-1 in T2DM group was significantly lower than that in normal control ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and Nesfatin-1 in T2DM-HTG group was significantly lower than that in T2DM-NBL group( P 〈 0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Nesfatin-1 in patients with T2DM was negatively correlated with FPG, HOMA-IR, TG and BMI, while was positively correlated with the HOMA-IS(P 〈 0.05 ). The serum Nesfatin-1 in T2DM-NBL group was negatively correlated with FPG and HOMA-IR,while was positively correlated with TC (P 〈 0.05 ). The serum Nesfatin-1 in T2DM-HTG group was negatively correlated with TG and BMI ( P 〈 0.05 ). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that TG ( B = - 61.08, P 〈 0. 01 ) and BMI ( B = - 22. 78, P = 0.01 ) were independent factors affecting serum Nesfatin-1 level. Conclusion The serum level of Nesfatin-1 in T2DM patients combined with I-1TG was significantly lower. Serum Nesfatin-1 level was closely related to blood glucose and blood lipids.
