中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓后综合征的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Combined Therapy for Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis Syndrome

目的:分析中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓后综合征的临床效果。方法:62例下肢深静脉血栓后综合征患者均分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规西医抗凝祛聚治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用中医药综合治疗,计算两组患者的治疗有效率,并检测2组治疗前后胫周径、股周径和踝周径变化及全血还原黏度、红细胞沉降率和全血黏度变化。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(96.8%)高于对照组治疗总有效率(71.0%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后患侧下肢胫周径、股周径和踝周径均较治疗前有改善,研究组改善情况较对照组更优(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的全血还原黏度、红细胞沉降率和全血黏度较对照组降低更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓后综合征,其治疗效果比单独西医治疗更具优势,可以明显改善患者症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating lower limb deep venous thrombosis syndrome. Methods Sixty-two patients with deep venous thrombosis syndrome were divided into control group and study group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and anticoagulant therapy. The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The treatment efficiency of the two groups was calculated. The changes of the tibial diameter,the diameter of the femoral circumference and the ankle diameter,the reduction viscosity of the whole blood,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the whole blood viscosity were measured before and after the treatment of the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate in the study group（ 96.8%）was higher than that in the control group（ 71.0%）（ P〈0.05）,After treatment,the tibial circumference,femoral circumferential diameter and ankle circumference of the two groups were better than those before treatment. The improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The reduced viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and whole blood viscosity of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis is more effective than Western medicine alone. It can significantly improve the symptoms of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
