摘要
从传统出版社数字化转型面临的机遇与挑战出发,结合实际案例,从产品生产的数字化、平台化和产品营销的差异化、组合化这两个层面探讨和总结了传统出版社数字化转型发展的思路与经验。
The present article takes into account the opportunities and challenges confronting digital publishing in publishing enterprises to explore the product's digitalization and marketing's differentiation from individual cases in order to summarize the experience of the traditional press' digitalization transformation.
