摘要 为了解决红庙煤矿软岩煤巷传统支护存在的问题,在分析锚杆、锚索及联合支护作用机理的基础上,通过构建多组实验模型对支护体开展了拉拔力学实验研究。通过测试得出了支护与围岩的相互作用曲线及联合支护最佳点位。研究表明:金属材质套管和螺母紧固实验的拉拔力与真实值较为接近,可作为实验的优选方案。通过单因素对比实验,深入分析了影响联合支护锚固力的影响因素,得出纵向锚固力和横向剪锚力的作用最为关键,特别是纵向锚固力。 In order to solve the problems of traditional support of the roadway within soft rock in Hongmiao Coal Mine, based on the analysis of the action mechanism of bolt, anchor cable and joint support, by building more groups of experimental model, the tensile mechanical experiment of the supporting body was carried out. The interaction curve of support and surrounding rock and the optimum point of combined support were obtained from tests. Research has shown that the metal casing and nut fastening experiment of drawing force close to the real value and can be used as the experimental optimization scheme. At the same time,through the single factor experiments, factors affecting the anchoring force of combined support are analyzed deeply, and it is concluded that the effect of vertical anchoring force and transverse shear force is most critical, especially vertical anchoring force.
