摘要
针对羊场湾煤矿Ⅱ020205综放工作面开采易自燃煤层的自然发火危险性分析,提出分为4个阶段实施防灭火技术措施,即工作面距停采线162.5~32.5 m期间、工作面距停采线32.5m至停采后、工作面回撤期间和工作面封闭后。通过采取井上下封堵漏风通道、采空区自然发火监测、埋管注氮、灌浆、邻近巷道和措施巷对应支架钻孔灌注液态CO_2、措施巷对应工作面上、下隅角15 m范围内钻孔灌浆、措施巷长短孔注胶、工作面管路注水等综合防灭火技术措施,工作面重点防火区域气体浓度均未超限,采空区无自然发火征兆,保证了工作面的安全顺利回撤。
For the risk analysis of spontaneous combustion in Ⅱ020205 fully mechanized caving face of easy ignition coal seam of Yangchangwan Coal Mine, this is divided into four stages of the implementation of fire prevention and extinguishing measures,That is, working face to stop mining line between 162.5 m and 32.5 m, working face to stopping line of 32.5 m to after stopping mining, during the withdrawing period, after sealing of working face. By taking comprehensive prevention and extinguishing measures about the plugging leakage channel above and below the mine, monitoring spontaneous combustion in goaf, burying pipe to inject nitrogen, burying pipe to grouting, pouring into liquid CO2 by drilling of adjacent tunnel and measures tunnel corresponding support hole, grouting by drilling of measures tunnel corresponding 15 m in the upper and lower corners of the working face, plastic injection by long and short drilling of measures tunnel, water injection in working face pipeline, and so on,the gas concentration in the key fire prevention area of the working area was not overrun, and the goaf without signs of spontaneous combustion, which ensures the safe and smooth withdrawing of the working face.
