摘要
针对煤矿井下煤层注水监测监控自动化需求,提出了一种基于PLC架构的煤层注水监控系统解决方案。详细分析了井下煤层注水自动化控制中,需要监测的重要参数,阐述了井下煤层注水监控系统的硬件设备构成及选型,同时对井下煤层注水监控程序的算法、仪表通讯流程进行了深入研究。煤层注水监控系统可以有效地实现井下煤层注水的远程监控。
Aiming at the requirement of coal seam water injection monitoring automation, we proposed a solution of coal seam water injection monitoring system based on PLC structure. In this paper, the important monitoring parameters are analyzed in the automatic control of coal seam injection. The paper expounds the structure and selection of the hardware equipment of the underground coal seam water injection monitoring system. At the same time, the algorithm of the monitoring program and the communication flow of the instrument in the underground coal seam are deeply studied. The monitoring system of coal seam water injection can effectively realize the remote monitoring of the underground seam water injection.
