摘要 唐山沟煤矿主要开采8~#和12~#煤层,由于11~#煤层属于容易自燃煤层,在开采8~#和12~#煤层时,采空区漏风状态、强度、遗煤自燃区域与单一煤层采空区开采差别明显,11~#煤层老空区与本煤层工作面采空区相互连通,在负压通风的作用下,客观上加剧了漏风对采空区浮煤自燃的影响程度,改变了采空区自燃"三带"分布规律以及采空区内气体浓度场,同时增大了自燃隐患治理难度。因此,采用六氟化硫(SF_6)示踪气体探测地表、8~#煤层、11~#煤层、12~#煤层之间的漏风规律,从而有的放矢地封堵漏风通道,进而建立煤层自然发火综合防治技术体系。 The 8# and 12# coal seams are main mining seams in Tangshangou Coal Mine. Because 11# coal seam belongs to spontaneous combustion coal seam, in mining 8# and 12# coal seams, there is obvious difference between the air leakage state, strength,residual coal spontaneous combustion zone and single coal seam mining area. The old goaf of 11# coal seam is interconnected with the goaf of the coal seam working face. Under the effect of negative pressure ventilation, the influence of air leakage on spontaneous combustion of floating coal in goaf is aggravated objectively. The distribution of"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in the goaf and the gas concentration field in the goaf are changed. At the same time, it is difficult to control the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion. Therefore, SF6 tracer gas is used to detect the air leakage laws between earth surface, 8# coal seam, 11# coal seam and 12# coal seam. Thus, the air leakage passage is blocked by a definite target. And then, a comprehensive prevention and control system for spontaneous combustion of coal seam is established.
