摘要 以环己胺(CA)、r-丁内酯(GBL)为原料,以磷酸为催化剂,在高温高压下合成N-环己基-2-吡咯烷酮。通过正交实验设计,以Minitab软件对各工艺参数进行拟合分析,确定最佳合成工艺参数为:温度230℃,催化剂0.08 mol,反应时间9 h,n(CA)∶n(GBL)=1.05∶1。以拟合最佳工艺参数进行实验确认,其转化率为98.84%和99.13%。 N-cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidone is prepared at high temperature and pressure using cyclohexylamine and r-butyrolactone as raw material and phosphoric acid as catalyst. Via the orthogonal experiment design,the Minitab software is used to fit the parameters of each process,and the optimum synthesis process parameters are determined as follows: reaction temperature 228 ℃,catalyst 0. 08 mol,reaction time 9 h,and n( CA) ∶ n( GBL) = 1. 05 ∶ 1. Experimental confirmation by fitting the pest process parameters,the conversion rate of the optimum process parameters is 98. 84% and 99. 13%.
