摘要
克服吉洪诺夫势能函数使恢复图像过度平滑及一阶非凸非光滑势能函数产生的台阶效应,研究了一种具有组合正则的图像恢复方法 .该方法利用吉洪诺夫与一阶非凸非光滑势能函数构成的组合正则项进行图像恢复.其中,交替方向法和渐进非凸方法被用来处理该目标函数非凸非光滑性带来的数值计算困难.最后,针对噪声满足高斯分布的情形,不同条件下的测试结果表明本方法所恢复图像的信噪比、峰值信噪比均高于比较算法恢复结果 .
Tikhonov potential function makes the restored image too smooth and one order non-convex non-smooth potential func- tions cause staircase artifacts. To overcome these drawbacks, one image restoration method with a combined regularization is studied. This method utilizes a combined regularization consisting of Tikhonov and the first order non-convex non-smooth poten- tial functions to restore images. The alternative direction method and graduated non-convexity method are used to deal with the numerical calculation difficulties caused by the non-convexity and non-smoothness. Assuming that the noise satisfies Gaussian distribution, the results with different conditions show that the SNR and PSNR of the images restored by the proposed method are all higher than the results of the comparative methods finally.
