摘要
文章介绍了HX_D1B和HX_D3B型机车驱动装置的基本结构,从联轴器的选型及安装方式、关键零部件及其材料选型、设计理念等方面,对这两种车型的驱动装置进行了对比分析,指出各型驱动装置的优缺点,并建议对关键零部件材料进行统型,为后续新型货运机车驱动装置的研发提供参考。
This paper presents the basic structure of drive units for type HXD1B and HXD3B locomotive. It makes a comparative analysis from the selection and mounting of coupling, key component and material selection, and design conception etc. It points out the advantages and disadvantages of the two types of drive units, makes a suggestion on material unification of key components, and provides the reference for developing new drive unit for freight locomotive.
