摘要 制动盘螺栓作为连接制动盘与车轮的关键部件,其在制动过程中,承受盘体受热膨胀带来的轴向拉伸载荷,并且还承受到来自制动盘的热量,其强度直接决定了制动盘能否安全使用。文章通过建立制动盘整体模型,进行螺栓在有预紧载荷情况时的紧急制动工况模拟计算,根据螺栓预紧载荷对螺栓受力的影响,提出了螺栓预紧载荷的建议值,并对螺栓强度进行校核,从而保证螺栓满足使用要求。 Brake disc bolt is the key part that connecting disc and wheel. It bears the axial tensile load caused by the expansion of the disc during the braking process, and receives the heat from the brake disc. Its strength directly determines whether the brake disc can be used safely. In this paper, an assembly model which contains thermal contact conductance between bolts and brake disc is established, and the bolt strength with preload force during the emergency braking is analyzed. According to the effect of preload on the bolt strength, the author suggests a recommended value of bolt preload force and check the strength of the bolt to ensure the bolt's safety.
