Pathogenesis progress in glucocorticoid insensitivity

摘要 糖皮质激素是机体内极为重要的一种类固醇激素,由下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴调控,在人体应激反应中起着重要作用;也是临床常用的抗炎和免疫抑制剂,它在机体生长发育、新陈代谢、免疫调节以及炎症反应等方面都起着重要的调节作用,临床中通常用于治疗炎症疾病、自身免疫性疾病和癌症。
