摘要
本实验通过体外实验对比微囊化粪肠球菌微生态制剂及粪肠球菌茵粉样品的模拟胃肠液耐受性、胆盐耐受性、高温耐受性及贮存稳定性。结果表明.微囊化粪肠球菌较菌粉样品的胃液耐受性、胆盐耐受性、高温耐受性、贮藏稳定性均有明显提高.微囊化工艺能显著提高益生菌对不良环境的抵抗力,是保护益生茵耐受性及稳定性的最有效的方法之一。
This experiment in vitro experiments were compared to bile salt tolerance, high temperature tolerance and storage stability of microencapsulated Enterococcus faecalis probiotics and Enterococcus faecalis powder samples. The results showed that the microencapsulated Entero- coccus faecalis than bacteria powder samples of gastric juice tolerance, bile salt tolerance, high temperature tolerance and storage stability were significantly improved, microcapsules can signifi- cantly improve the process of probiotics on resistance to bad environment, is one of the most effec- tive methods to protect the tolerance and stability of probiotics.
