摘要
抗精神病药物(APD)广泛用于临床上各种精神疾病的治疗。精神疾病多为慢性疾病,APD需终生使用。APD会引发T2DM、糖尿病各种危急并发症、高脂血症、肥胖等代谢疾病。目前尚无针对这些不良反应有效的治疗方法。因此,阐明APD诱导糖尿病的机制对于其不良反应的预防和治疗及其临床治疗结局均极为重要。本文就APD诱导糖尿病的分子机制做一综述。
Antipsychotic drugs(APD)are widely used to control various mental disorders.As mental disorders are chronic diseases,these drugs are often used over a life-time.However,APD can cause serious metabolic side-effects including type 2 diabetes,hyperlipermia,obesity,and hyperglycaemic emergency.At present,there is no effective approach to overcome these side-effects.Therefore,elucidating the mechanisms for APD-induced diabetes would be important in prevention and treatment of these sideeffects of APD and thus improve the clinical outcomes of APD.We reviewed the molecular mechanisms of APD-induced diabetes in this article.
