磺达肝素钠对高脂血症急性坏死性胰腺炎大鼠血液流变学及炎症状态的影响

The effect of heparin sodium on Hemorheology and inflammatory state in hyperlipidemic rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis

目的研究分析磺达肝素钠对高脂血症急性坏死性胰腺炎大鼠血液流变学及炎症状态的影响。方法使用由我院提供的SPF级SD大鼠60只,随机分为健康组、模型组及治疗组,每组20只,给予健康组大鼠基础饲料喂养,给予模型组和治疗组高脂饲料喂养并进行急性坏死性胰腺炎造模处理,给予治疗组大鼠磺达肝素钠注射治疗,健康组和模型组注射生理盐水作为对照,比较三组大鼠血液流变学及炎症状态指标。结果治疗组大鼠血液流变学各项指标水平低于模型组,炎症因子MCP-1、IL-1β及IFN-γ水平低于模型组,抗炎因子IL-10水平高于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磺达肝素钠治疗高脂血症急性胰腺炎效果显著,值得临床深入研究。

Objective To study the effect of heparin sodium on Hemorheology and inflammatory state in hyperlipidemic rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis. Methods From the experimental animal center SPF 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group and treatment group,20 rats in each group,given to healthy rats fed with basic diet,given the model group and the treatment groups were fed with high fat diet and acute necrotizing pancreatitis model. The rats in the treatment group given fondaparinux sodium injection,healthy group and the model group were injected with saline as control,and inflammation indexes were compared between the three groups of rat blood rheology. Results The indexes of Hemorheology in the treatment group were lower than those in the model group,and the levels of inflammatory factors MCP-1,IL-1 and IFN-were lower than those in the model group,and the level of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 was higher than that of the model group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Heparin sodium is effective in the treatment of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis,which is worthy of further study.
